应该不需要大量计算,可以用文字描述。

三概念:先写几个概念,比较喜欢的。能量与频率、电磁效应、PN结。第一个比较笼统,可以理解为凸起的地方必暗藏能量;第二个很高深,还没学,以后细细学;PN结的基本原理略知一二,是比较重要的模型,后面或许不会加深理解,但是,如果要做计算的话,首先要弄明白PN结。

PN结:积极与消极,P空穴,N自由电子。由于扩散产生了PN结,这时N区失去电子带正电,P区得到电子带负电,形成内电场,它不断阻止了多子扩散运动,促进少子的漂移运动,二者动态平衡,PN结动态平衡。向PN结内电场加反向电压,叫作PN结导通,此时耗尽区变窄,多子的扩散能力增强,大于少子漂移,正向导通;接同向电压,耗尽区变得更宽,少子导电,多子被进一步抑制,但少子数量少,反向电流小,此时工作于反向偏置。捕捉里面的细节,是漂移与扩散间对抗。将伏安曲线分为*(六)*个部分进行记忆。

垒势电容、扩散电容:电容,电压与电荷。垒势的产生源于电荷积累,类似电容,是多子在主导。扩散电容源于P结或N结内被注入的电子或空穴分布不均,是少子在主导。正向导通时,垒势变窄,有利于多子运动,多子在单个结内的浓度分布差变大,此时扩散电容主导;反向导通时,垒势区变宽,意味着两端正负粒子数增加,此时垒势电容主导,扩散电容可忽略。

导通压降:是门槛,克服内电场。

稳压二极管:反向击穿工作状态(正向导通也可以稳压,也是在改变自身电阻,特性曲线类似,所以有正向导通压降一说),虽然定义式和计算式是有差别的,但为了记忆,有时候也可去联想。非线性的伏安特性可以理解为电阻变化非线性,那么可以理解为稳压二极管在调整着自己的电阻值来达到稳压的目的。其实也不存在什么电阻不变的东西,虽然电阻改变不一定是由电压引起的,可二极管的电阻变化主要是由电压变化引起的。

稳压二极管电路:主要是看限流电阻的计算方式。专注电流,网孔电流法,用最大最小值的方式,这里将稳压值固定,毕竟想让它正常工作。稳压的目的是给负载提供稳定电压,将负载看作滑动变阻器,电阻只与结构有关,这样就可以计算出限流电阻阻值范围。

注1:二极管需要先判断工作状态,过于复杂用假设法。

变容二极管:电压改变电容,调节谐振频率,切换频道。

肖特基二极管:单极,内部无漂移,消除少子的存储效应。金属与N型半导体,从稳定性来说,金属稳定性强,一般是金银铂金属,会获得电子,形成一个MS结,肖特基垒势。单向导电性与PN结类似。轻掺杂,低阻,高频,少电容,垒势薄容易被击穿。

光电二极管:光敏、光电传感器,工作于反向工作区。光大、反压大、垒势宽,漂移电流产生。无电源时,可做光微电源。电流小,使用时或需要放大等处理。

LED略,可进阶为激光二极管。

BJT:双极型晶体管,三极管,晶体管。PNP、NPN、CBE。画法,发射方向,由P到N。掺杂高电阻低。发射区掺杂高,集电极大,基区薄而掺杂少,结构导致其具有电流放大的作用。两个结,以NPN为例,一个是发射结,一个是集电结,两结全指向内为截止,全指向外为饱和,从上到下为放大,从下到上为倒置。掺杂越高,多子越多,扩散能力越强。除了扩散电流之外,基区内有一小部分复合电流。

放大状态,发射区扩散电子穿过基区达到集电区边界,由于此时集电区反向偏置,这些电子又漂移进入集电区,产生漂移电流,当然,基区与集电区也有部分漂移电流。发射极电流等于基极电流加集电极电流,起放大作用。由结构决定的比例关系。

共射极直流放大系数,是集电极电流比基极电流。

共基极提现了发射极电流对集电极电流的控制作用,这个比例接近1。

小加小大之积等于大。

(****)输入特性:集电极电压一定,基极输入电压与输入电流的关系,是由集电极电压不断改变所画出的曲线簇。当仅有发射结正偏时,和二极管类似,加入集电结反偏后,漂移能力加强,扩散能力被抑制,基极电流会减少,集电结反偏变大后,也就是进入放大区,偏置增加不会显着影响ib。ib是一道坎,越过这个坎需要自由电子,或者反偏电压吸引,前期反偏产生的电场不够强,所以ib很大但是效果不好,这时是饱和状态,后面ib会大幅下降,逐渐显现出三极管的放大能力。
