圆心飞船的建造进度比想象中要快。

这很大程度上要归功于小卡把更多的运算资源投给了圆心飞船项目。小卡根据建造需求,改造智慧车间的设备和流水线,还特别研发了一款专用型维护机器人——目前可参与飞船内部的组件安装,未来将跟随飞船上太空,担负设备无人化维护的重任。

严国平也抽调精英骨干,组织起了一个新的项目团队,为圆心飞船建造和将来的太空衔接设计了多个方案和数据模型,把公司技术库里的最新成果都应用进去。

可以说,这批圆心飞船已经集合了公司已经吸收和能够应用的所有相关最新科技,也亏得研发过程中的模型运算和效果测试以及部分生产环节,都交给了小卡主控的超算中心和智慧车间来完成,外界还一无所知,否则足以引起轩然大波。

飞船内壁上的高分子储能涂层便是其一,不足5mm的涂层厚度,却可以在特定频率下吸收或释放电能,通过配套安装的能量回路,可以储藏相当于飞船电力储能系统满载状态15%的电能,当进入紧急状态时,随时可以将储藏的电能输入到飞船发动机系统中。而且安全性和稳定性极高,不通过特定频率并配合能量回路系统,就算是火烧或撞击也不会出现漏电现象。

对于在太空中漂浮的飞船来说,每多一分能量,都是宝贵的。当然,由于这种高分子涂料还只能在实验室少量产出,导致最大的毛病就是:贵!每克涂料的成本价相当于同等重量黄金的5倍。要把这种涂料涂满一架太空飞船的内壁,花费可想而知。

其二,飞船的电能发动机组、电能储能组件,以及外壳和内壁之间,都大量地使用了公司新研发的一种非晶合金材料。

这款新材料类别上属于金属玻璃,最大的特点是可以减少50%电力传输过程中的损耗。是公司研发人员在吸收外星科技过程中误打误撞发现的新材料。

这款材料的市场前景也非常广阔。目前全世界国家的电力传输供应都是同样模式:发电厂产生电能,然后输入电网传输到各地的变电站,再通过配电设备传输到终端用户使用。

期间的各个环节都存在电力损耗,以电力基建领先世界的我国为例,单单是传输过程中的电力损耗就在6%--8%,这还是使用低消耗的高压传输时的数字。在部分农村地区,要为低电压的线路配电,损耗率能超过20%。这就是为什么很多农村电价比城市电价贵的原因。

如果将电网传输节点的相应设备换成这种非晶材料,不说减少50%的损耗,就算减少个20%,放在庞大的总量面前,换算成经济价值,都是一笔天文数字。

东西虽好,但因为暂时没法大规模生产,所以还是同样的缺点:贵!

其三,其中一架飞船还将携带另一件秘密武器——100公斤的单分子流体平面薄膜!

八架圆心飞船如果顺利在太空中完成拼接,就将形成太空站的中心管理区。在太空站的整体设计中,至少这片区域的能源要实现自给自足,而单分子流体平面薄膜就是实现这个目标的重要拼图。

这款产品属于土生土长的地球科技,由公司科研组在半年前测试电池储能新型材料的过程中发现。研究发现,这种单分子流体材料在真空环境中,可以吸收太阳能并转化为电能。最重要的是,在实验室环境下,其对太阳能的转化率高达58%。

这个数据就非常惊人了。目前世界上所使用的太阳能面板,以材料区分主要分为多晶、单晶、非晶硅三大类,在最理想状态下——也就是电池纯度和整合度做到最佳,地球实验室数据也就在25%左右,在太空的真空环境中可以达到37%。37和58,这不是简单的数值增长,而是全新材料引起的质变式跨越。
